Developed by Chandra Jo Calloway, and named in memory of her father, Joe
Lee Calloway, Jr., our mission is to scout and guide elite young artists to be
sought by top casting agencies seeking premiere talent. Our ability to identify
and develop exceptional talent is a unique formula that surpasses industry
standards.
We are currently scouting talent to be signed to participate in our training
programs and our upcoming exhibitions. Whether you're a young performing
